Ademir de Paula

Director of Coaching

Coach Ademir de Paula is a former member of "Nacional Brazil" and former teammate of the great "Pele." He played professionally from 1968 to 1975 until an injury curtailed his career. He shared fields with some of the greatest players ever to play the game in, Carlos Alberto, Riverlino, Ferson, Tostao, to name a few, and actively played for clubs such as Juventus FC, Portuguesa FC, Sao Paulo FC, and Santo Andre FC. Coach Ademir was associated with the CHIVAS Academy from 2005 through 2015 and remained actively on call with the CHIVAS leading professional club on an as-needed basis.

Jim DesLonde

Director of Management

Coach Jim DesLonde is a 45 year veteran of Wall Street who still maintains active participation as Chief Executive Officer for a New York-based broker-dealer. Coach DesLonde also serves as an Arbitrator in the Securities & Exchange Commission's self-regulatory arm, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as on the Board of Directors of other financial institutions. Coach DesLonde is the Assistant Director of Coaching for Chivas USA Academy and has over 30 years of high-level soccer experience.

Edson Ferreira Da Silva

Director of Training

Edson is from Sao Paulo Brazil and licensed by USSF. He has played professionally for many clubs including Sao Paulo FC, Santo Andre and Vera Cruz during his 20 year professional career.
